- Web form opt-in: By providing your phone number on our website and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (the checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively checked by you), you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Intym Properties. Messages may be sent using automated technology (A2P — Application-to-Person messaging) over a 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered under the A2P 10DLC campaign framework administered by The Campaign Registry on behalf of U.S. wireless carriers.

3.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per week regarding your active inquiry, and occasional marketing messages thereafter until you opt out.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you receive from us. We are not responsible for any carrier charges. Purchase of any product or service is not required to participate in our SMS program.
3.5 Opt-out instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon opting out, we will remove you from our SMS list within 24 hours and you will receive no further SMS messages from us (except a single confirmation of your opt-out). 3.7 Carriers and support
Our SMS program is supported on the major U.S. wireless carriers. We do not knowingly send SMS to numbers on any carrier's do-not-contact list or to anyone who has not provided express consent.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may also share your information with:

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for up to 36 months thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of 24 months per A2P 10DLC requirements.
